Our 1-on-1 program is 3 live online sessions plus 3 followup check-in calls.

We meet three times, usually on back-to-back days so that we can meditate together, discuss and tweak and tailor your meditation based on your actual experiences.

You will have the class to yourself, with Christopher and/or Daniela, Co-Founders Inspired Living and guides for this unique and effective learn-to-meditate program.

Format

  • Our private meditation course has 6 total sessions, three the first week, and then check-in calls on each of the three weeks that follow.

  • Time: Live sessions will be about 60 minutes, check-in calls are 15-30 minutes.

  • Location: Zoom or phone
